What data we process
- Data you send us via the contact forms: name, email, phone, town or company, message content.
- Booking data: address of the property and, if different, your main address; chosen date and time; access arrangements and notes; the travel zone calculated from the address.
- Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the site to work (e.g. IP address in the hosting provider’s logs).
Why we process it and on what basis
- Replying to requests, sending quotes and managing bookings: pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Site security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
How long
Addresses entered only to see the price, without booking, are deleted after 30 days. Requests that do not become a contract are kept for [12] months; client data for as long as needed for the service and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Providers that support the operation of the site and email, appointed as data processors: hosting, network and database (Cloudflare, Inc.), transactional emails (Brevo – Sendinblue SAS, France), address search and road-distance calculation (openrouteservice – HeiGIT gGmbH, Germany, which receives only the address text), mailbox ([email provider]). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@brickt.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
