How often do you visit?
You choose: weekly, monthly or at every change of season. You can request an extra visit any time, for example after a storm.
Who keeps the keys?
Keys are held by BrickT with a sign-in/sign-out log. You can also use a key safe or a concierge.
What if you find a problem?
We tell you straight away, with photos. We only act with your approval, except for minimal steps to limit damage, such as turning off a tap.
How much does it cost?
The first inspection visit costs 59 €, travel included in Milan and up to 15 km: you can book it online. For regular checks we send you a quote based on frequency and property.
